North Coos Waterfront dropped its opening game at the 2019 American Legion regional championships in Cody, Wyoming, Friday, August 9, 13-12 to a team from Wasilla, Alaska. On Saturday, a team from Layton, Utah eliminated the Oregon State ‘A’ Champions 12-7.
