The American Legion State “A” Baseball Tournament begins this week at Clyde Allen Field in North Bend. Host North Coos Waterfront will open Wednesday, July 25, 6 p.m., against the Klamath Falls Cardinals. Other first round games include Columbia Gorge (The Dalles) vs. North Jackson, 9 a.m., Hillsboro vs. Roseburg Pepsi, noon; and, Dr. Randol’s vs. So. Medford, 3 p.m.
