Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Grant subcommittee will hold a business meeting 8 a.m. to noon Sept. 19 in Jacksonville Library, 340 West C St., Jacksonville. The meeting is open to the public. On the agenda: biennium budget discussions; updates from the Highway Access Committee; updates on the OPRD equipment pool; planning for upcoming ATV-related meetings; and discussing the 2019 grant cycle.
