Klamath Falls won the Southern Oregon State Babe Ruth Tournament at Clyde Allen Field in North Bend Saturday. Klamath Falls won the 14-year old division over the South Coast Rebels 7-6 in the finals. Both teams; however, advance to the Pacific Northwest Regional Tournament at West Linn.
