Ages 8-12 – June 20-23, 2016 • $130.00 8:30 am-11:30 am, Monday-Thursday. The Beaver Track & Field Youth Camp is designed to teach students ages 8-12 the basics of all track and field events. All campers will learn the fundamentals of sprints, hurdles, throws, high jump, and long jump. We will demonstrate basic athletic warm ups and drills to help develop speed in every sport. This camp will feature the OSU coaching staff and Beaver student-athletes. Drinks and snacks will be provided. OSU TRACK & FIELD TECHNICAL CAMP – Ages 13-18 (entering HS seniors) – June 20-23, 2016 • $200.00 1:30 pm -4:00pm, Monday–Thursday. The OSU technical camp is the perfect camp for those who have a basic understanding of track and field, but want to learn more advanced skills, techniques, and training in their specific events. Each camper will choose two event areas and learn advanced techniques from the Oregon State University track and field staff. Drinks and snacks will be provided. BEAVER HIGH PERFORMANCE TRACK & FIELD CAMP – Ages 15-18 (HS Frosh-Senior) – June 20-23, 2016 • $240.00 – 5:00-7:00 pm Monday-Thursday (4 sessions) Or $120.00 for MW or TH sessions (2 session). The Beaver High Performance Camp provides a specialized experience for a maximum of 6 athletes per event area. Campers will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with the OSU track staff in the areas of long jump & triple jump, high jump, pole vault, discus, shot put, javelin and mid-distance/distance events. Each camper chooses two event areas (4 sessions) or one event area (2 sessions). Distance and Mid-Distance campers meet for four full sessions. Drinks and snacks will be provided. BEAVER ALL-SPORT SPEED CAMP – Ages 13-18 – June 24th • $50.00 – 8:30am – 11:30 am, June 24th (one session). This camp is designed for any athlete wanting to get faster and more explosive in their sport. The one session camp will feature tools and techniques to take away for your future athletic career.
