News release from the Lincoln Co. Sheriff’s Office. On April 22, 2015 at approximately 11:22 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a suspicious person near SW Brentwood Dr. and S Crestline Dr. in Waldport, Oregon. A female subject, later identified as Kathleen Jenise Marco, 32 years of age from Waldport, was located and items from a vacant residence in the area were found in her possession. Marco was also found to be in possession of prescription medication that did not belong to her. Marco was arrested and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on one count of Burglary I, one count of Theft II, and one count of Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs. Marco’s bail was set at $180,000.
