On June 23, 2016, Sheriff’s Detectives began an investigation involving child sexual abuse that occurred at a residence in Camas Valley. As a result of the investigation, Detectives arrested Joseph Milton Ferrara, age 69 of Camas Valley. Ferrara was lodged in the county jail on charges of First Degree Sexual Abuse and First Degree Sodomy. The victim of the abuse is a 6 year old female who is known to Ferrara.
