A 16-year old Salem boy died after falling from a cliff at Cape Kiwanda on the North Oregon Coast Sunday, June 38. Rick Nelson, a student at Sprague High School landed hard onto rocks late at night. Emergency personnel were summoned to the Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area near Pacific City about 11:45 p.m.
