According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, Feb. 20, 4:42 a.m., Hwy. 42 & Roderick, “assist outside agency,” 19-year old Noah Ketchum charged with Unauthorized Use Vehicle, Attempt to Elude, Resist Arrest and Reckless Driving. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
