According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Friday, Sept. 28, 6:37 p.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., Walmart, “shoplifters in custody for Theft II,” Dennis Coon and Nicole Nickila Brown both cited for Theft II, Conspiracy to Commit a Crime and released at the scene.
