According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Tuesday, Oct. 11, 12:17 p.m., 1400 block Southwest Blvd., “follow up,” 33-year old Elisa Marie Speaks and 31-year old Matthew Dixon both charged with Theft III, Fraudulent Return Felony & Conspiracy. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
