Warrant/Bicycle
Englewood, CCSO release – On September 6, 2018 at approximately 9:21pm, a Coos County Sheriff’s Deputy was patrolling through the area of Englewood, Coos Bay, when the Deputy noticed a male subject riding a bicycle without a required headlight. The cyclist nearly hit the patrol vehicle so the Deputy did a traffic stop on the cyclist. Subsequently, it was discovered the subject riding the bicycle, 26-year old Robert D. Remsen, Coos Bay, had an active warrant for his arrest out of the Coos County Sheriff’s Office for Resisting Arrest, Escape in the third degree and Disorderly Conduct in the second degree. After the warrant was confirmed, Remsen was placed under arrest without incident. Robert D. Remsen was transported and lodged at the Coos County Jail.
