Possession of Firearm
Libby Ln., CCSO release – On 09/26/19 at approximately 4:30 PM, a Coos County Sheriff’s Deputy contacted a suspicions vehicle on Libby Lane near mile post 2. After an investigation, 47 year old Troy E. Harris of Coos Bay was arrested on the charges of Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Short-Barreled Shotgun. Mr. Davis was charged additionally with unlawful harvest of minor forest products from tribal lands and a probation violation. Mr. Harris was transported to the Coos County Jail where he was held without bail on the probation violation.
