News release BACC. The Charleston Salmon Run Benefiting the Chamber, Relay for Life and Octoberfish is October 7th, 2017. Currently there are over 200 participants registered and individuals traveling from all over Oregon, and 14 different states. The Race Directors of the event would like to give the Charleston Salmon Run Participants an unforgettable experience in our beautiful Bay Area. Each registered runner/walker will receive a “Key to the City” wrist band that will include offers from local businesses.
