Circle the Bay
The 41st annual Circle the Bay 30K race takes place Saturday morning around Coos Bay. The South Coast Running Club even will begin with walkers leaving Ferry Road Park in North Bend at 6:30 a.m., followed by the runners at 8 a.m. The course runs south into Coos Bay, over to Eastside, then up the Coos River, over the Chandler Bridge and then along the bay through East Bay Drive, back to Hwy. 101, across the McCullough Bridge and end at Ferry Road Park.
