According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Tuesday, Dec. 31, 1:23 p.m., Juniper & No. 14th, “suspicious subject.” Twenty-four year old Fredrick Michael Patrick Kuehn arrested on two CBPD warrants charging Failure to Carry or Present License & Giving False Info to Police Officer, also Failure to Appear on Citation.
