According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, June 23, 6:14 p.m., 300 block So. 6th, “result of dispute,” 26-year old Tad Roane arrested on CBPD warrant charging Failure to Appear on original charge of Resisting Arrest, Interfere with Making Report, two-counts Harassment, Assault IV, two-counts of Menacing, Interfere with Peace Office and Criminal Mischief II. Fifty-year old Peggy Railey charged with Assault IV. Both transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
