According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, Oct. 17, 7:46 p.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., Walmart, “result of follow up,” 25-year old Kaleb R. Herzog arrested on GPPD warrant charging Failure to Appear on original charge of Forgery, Possession of Forged Instrument, also PCS Heroin, and Washington Co. warrant charging Failure to Appear on original charge of Theft I. Also cited for Criminal Trespass III. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
