According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Tuesday, Oct. 21, 6:33 a.m., 1100 block Idaho, “suspicious circumstances.” Thirty-four year old Robby Schell arrested on charges of Assault IV Domestic, Menacing and Strangulation. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
