According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Wednesday, Sept. 10, 3:07 p.m., 500 block W. Anderson Ave., “subject passed out at location,” 49-year old Daniel Perry charged with Criminal Trespass II, Offensive Littering and cited for Unlawful Camping. “Perry cited in lieu of custody.”
