Burglary
News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. At about 8:45 PM on 8/19/2014 Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a burglary that had just occurred. The homeowner, 30 year old Nathanial Lintner, was home with his two small children when a female adult forced entry into his residence through a window in the children’s bedroom. After a brief encounter between the homeowner and the intruder in the children’s bedroom, she fled from the home and left on foot. Mr. Litner was not injured. Responding Deputies located the woman and when they attempted to contact her she fled. Deputies chased her and caught her a short distance away. The female was identified as 20 year old Shyann McMillen-Markusson. She was arrested, transported to the Coos County Jail and booked on charges of Burglary I, Criminal Mischief II and Probation Violation.
Disorderly Conduct
News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. On 08/20/2014 at about 5:30 PM Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies and Bandon Police responded to 47440 Hwy 101, south of Bandon to a report of a male subject trying to break into the residence. Upon arrival police identified the male as 51 year old Robert J. Davis, a transient that had been the subject of previous disturbance calls earlier this day. Robert J. Davis was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct II. Investigation indicated he was involved in a number of situations earlier which resulted in repeated 911 calls. These disputes were both physical and verbal and caused alarm to others who called 911. Mr. Davis was arrested for Disorderly Conduct II, transported to the Coos County Jail and booked. He was later released on his own recognizance.

News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. On August 21, 2014 at about 1802 hours, Deputies were dispatched to 63605 Cordell Lane, Green Acres, Coos Bay in response to a domestic dispute occurring there. Upon arrival it was learned the suspect, Robert Connolly Sr. and the victim Latisha Rader had been living together in violation of a valid restraining order of which Rader was the petitioner and Connolly was the respondent. Connolly was arrested for Violation of Restraining Order and transported to the Coos County Jail without incident.
