According to an entry on the Coquille Police log for Monday, Sept. 12, 10:38 p.m., Hwy. 101 & Fun Center, “traffic stop resulting in arrest,” 32-year old Joseph Lee Otis charged with PCS Methamphetamine & PCS Schedule I. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
