According to an entry on the Coquille Police log for Monday, Dec. 19, 3:18 a.m., W. Central County Shops, “from traffic stop,” 31-year old Chelsea Praus arrested on Douglas Co. SO warrant charging Reckless Driving, also cited for DWS-Violation, Driving Uninsured, Operating without Proper Lighting Equipment. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
