On Tuesday July 10, 2018, at 9:01am, an email was sent to the Oregon Lottery Headquarters Office in Salem.  The email contained an imminent threat to shoot and kill people at the Lottery Office.  OSP Gaming Enforcement Detectives along with Major Crimes Detectives began investigating the threat. At about 2:30pm, Major Crimes Detectives arrested Jason David Ouellette (42-years-old) from Lebanon, Or. for menacing.  Ouellette was lodged at the Marion County Jail without incident.
