Oregon State Police (OSP) is completing the investigation into the death of a 25-year old Portland woman found deceased Tuesday morning from inhaling helium gas near Pirate’s Cove Wayside in Tillamook County. On August 25, 2015 at approximately 6:35 a.m., OSP received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked at Pirate’s Cove Wayside Overlook on US 101 near milepost 55. Troopers found the woman’s vehicle at a parking lot and Alexandria WAGNER, age 25, from Portland, deceased from an apparent suicide by inhaling helium gas.
