News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. On August 24, 2015, at approximately 0830 hours, Deputies were Dispatched to 63740 South Barview Drive for a report of an intoxicated female subject who was screaming and yelling. Deputies located the female in the back yard of 63722 South Barview Drive. The subject was later identified as Garnett Stewart-Gebhardt. Garnett was told she was under arrest for Disorderly Conduct II and Criminal Trespass II. Garnett resisted Deputies by placing her hands under her body and kicking at them. Garnett was later arrested and transported to Coos County Jail with an additional charge of resisting arrest. While at the jail, Parole and Probation placed an additional detainer on Garnett for Probation violation.
