Good Monday morning.  Sure feels like Winter and not Fall.  This is the final day of September and the forecasters predict partly cloudy skies with the high near 60 and winds shifting around a bit but ending up out of the north to northwest at 10-15 mph.  Little better on Tuesday.  Recreational Advisory issued for South Tenmile Lake.  CB has wastewater problems at Plant No. 1.   Nonprofit Leadership Conference coming soon.   CB School District has a meeting.  School safety alert on Central Coast.  OANG mobilizes for deployment.   Small quake at the southern end.  USCG cutter finished deployment off Oregon Coast and included training with helicopters from North Bend.  Fatal accidents around the state in Josephine Co., on I-5, I-84 and in Douglas Co.  Busy night for a K9 in Douglas Co.  Felon in possession of firearm in Coos Co.  In sports, prep schedules for the week for both NBHS & MHS.  Prep football, cross country results.  SWOCC VB gets a split.  Laker XC team runs in Washington.  Pac-12 results for OSU & UO in football, volleyball, soccer and cross country.  Seahawks got a win and a short week this week.  Have a good Monday and thank you for reading.       Matt
