You knew it was coming. Two days of sunshine to kick off this week, and bingo, come Wednesday we hit the first quarter of the New Year. It is official, Spring has arrived on the calendar as of today, March 20th. Weather forecasters are not as optimistic as they were on Sunday and Monday. But, blossoms are coming!
