March 6, 2019 ODOT release – I-5 motorists traveling between Sutherlin and Drain (milepost 135-162) should expect 20 minute delays between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Friday, March 8, due to utility work. Rolling slowdowns will be used in both directions of I-5. Flaggers may hold traffic up to 20 minutes at all southbound on-ramps between Exit 162 (Drain) and Metz Hill (Exit 142), and all northbound ramps between south Sutherlin (Exit 135) and Yoncalla (Exit 150). Off-ramps will not be affected.
