Who: Madison/Blossom Gulch K/1 Boys and Girls (Parents looking to help also welcome, with approved
background check on file.); What: Basketball Skills Camp (Dribble, Pass, Shoot); When: Mondays in April (2, 9, 16, 23, 30) from 3:00 pm to 4:15 pm; Where: Madison Elementary Gym; Why: To have fun. Improve skills. Get in contact with potential future teammates and coaches. Cost: $10 Total ($2 per session), Scholarships Available; Interested? I hereby waive and release Coos Bay Schools and understand the CB District 9 does not provide athletic insurance coverage for participation in athletics. I know of no mental or physical problems, which may affect my child’s ability to safely participate in this camp. I will be responsible for any medical or other charges in connection with my child’s attendance at camp. By participating in this school sanctioned event, my child and I agree to behave in a safe, responsible, and respectful manner as it relates to typical or regular school behavior. If a camper is dangerous or disruptive, he or she may be dismissed from future camp dates.
