Ballot boxes for the May 15, 2018 Primary Election will be opened on April 26th with an added convenience to local voters. The Coos County Elections Office has added an Official Ballot Drop Box outside the front entrance of the Coos County Courthouse in Coquille. This drop box will be ADA Accessible and open 24 hours a day until 8:00 pm on Election Day. Since all side doors to the Courthouse are now restricted, except the front entrance, we want to make it as convenient as possible for those voters who would like to drop their ballot off directly at the courthouse. Ballots will go to the Post Office on April 26th, to be delivered in homes no later than May 4th. Please keep an eye out for your ballot and please give our office a call if you have not received your ballot by May 4th.
