The City of Coos Bay’s contractor who replaced the sewer line through Mingus Park last year will be performing warranty work on Friday, April 19, 2019. This work should only take the contractor one day to complete, and the work zone is shown below in the map. The contractor may have pedestrian walkways fenced off, and pedestrians are advised to please exercise caution within the park especially near the construction zone for pedestrian and construction workers safety.
