**UPDATED RELEASE 03/21/2019 9:00 AM** RIDDLE, Ore. – On Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at 11:46 am, the Sheriff’s Office was alerted by a citizen that a Dodge pickup had been found burned approximately 6 miles up West Fork Cow Creek Road outside of Riddle. Deputies and investigators from the Sheriff’s Office arrived and determined the vehicle to be that of Justin Grant Bibow, who had previously been reported missing. After searching the area, Bibow was located deceased away from the vehicle. The Douglas County Medical Examiner’s Office is continuing its investigation into the death. Foul play does not appear to be a factor. Next of kin has been notified.
