The Maxwell Football Club announced Monday that Oregon State junior running back Ryan Nall has been selected to the 81st annual Maxwell Award Watch List, presented annually to the nation’s top football player. The native of Sandy, Ore., enters the season as one of the top offensive standouts in the Pac-12 Conference with 1,406 career yards and 16 touchdowns rushing, and overall has 1,729 all-purpose yards with 18 scores. His current 6.4 yards per carry average is on school record pace and he already ranks No. 22 at OSU for career rushing yards. The Central Catholic High School graduate was the Pac-12 Player of the Week after a 155-yard effort with four touchdowns in last season’s victory over Oregon.  The speech communication major has also twice been honored by the Pac-12 for his academic success and is among the team leaders for community service leadership. Oregon State returns to the practice field later this month in preparation for the 2017 football season. Season tickets are available at BeaverTickets.com for the six-game home schedule that includes visits from Portland State, Minnesota, Washington, Colorado, Stanford, and Arizona State.
