North Bend’s baseball team dropped a pair of one-run games at Crater in Central Point Saturday 2-1, 7-6 to open the 5A Midwestern League Season. The Bulldogs (0-2) play at Marist Catholic in a non-league game Tuesday, March 19, 4 p.m., and then at Springfield Thursday for another MWL doubleheader.
