According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Dec. 3, 9:12 a.m., 2100 block Oak St., 73-year old male reported “mail theft.” At 9:15 a.m., 1900 block 12th St., 57-year old male report “theft of mail.” At 9:19 a.m., 2800 block Virginia Ave., 67-year old male reported “theft of mail.”
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Dec. 3, 11:51 a.m., 2400 block Broadway Ave., “warrant service,” 36-year old Brent Joseph Elbert arrested on two NBPD warrants charging Failure to Appear I. Also, 20-year old Joshua Rocky Martin arrested on CCSO & CBPD warrants charging FTA on Unauthorized Use Vehicle, Stolen Vehicle, Theft II, FTA I, FTA, Interfere with Officer, Escape III, and additional charges of Resisting Arrest & Hindering Prosecution. And, 35-year old Amber Rae Albers arrested on charges of FTA I. “Stolen bicycle recovered from location and returned to owner. And, 32-year old Richard Noland “referred to DA Office for Theft by Receiving.
DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Dec. 3, 2:26 p.m., 1500 block Sherman Ave., “attempt to locate possible drunk driver, refused to sell him alcohol,” Traffic stop, Seagate, 37-year old Samuel Holloway taken into custody for DUII, cited in lieu of transport. “Subject released to Yellow Cab.”
PCS
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Dec. 3, 3201 Tremont Ave., Mill Casino, “found property,” 39-year old Bert Didway referred to the DA Office for PCS Schedule I. “He was also trespassed from Mill Casino for 1 year.”
