According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Jan. 1, 1:04 a.m., 1200 block Clark St., “officer out with suspicious circumstances,” 42-year old Timothy J. Decker, North Bend, charged with Probation Violation, “subject will also be referred to DA for Theft of Gas.” Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. “Female was advised to call her PO Tuesday morning at 9 a.m.”
Counterfeit Money
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Jan. 1, 12:03 p.m., 2100 block Union St., “RP reported her son was paid in counterfeit bills. Officer contacted the RP/bills seized.”
Probation Violation
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Jan. 1, 2:15 p.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., “officer observed previously trespassed subject walking through property at Pony Village Mall,” 26-year old Craig Warren Hyatt, North Bend, charged with Probation Violation and cited for Criminal Trespass II. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
