Subject advised neighbor grabbed him by the throat after verbal argument. Officer contacted involved party / will forward report to DA for Harassment.”

Officers responded/subjects were warned to stay away from each other. Advised to write this on their statements for original case officer who is forwarding it to the DA’s Office.
