According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for July 10, 8:07 a.m., 200 block Newmark St., “Carson Oil request subject refusing to wake up and leave when asked be trespassed. Officers responded and contacted the subject,” 39-year old James David Ford III, North Bend, served Grants Pass PD warrant charging Failure to Appear on Disorderly Conduct II, Interfere with Police, Resisting arrest charges. “Released in lieu of custody.”
Shoplifter
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 10, 3:45 p.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., 31-year old Mark Dixon “released in lieu of arrest for Theft III,” cited “subject was warned for Attempted Escape and Resisting.”
Warrant
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 10, 8:50 p.m., 57-year old Diana Johnson arrested on warrants charging FTA for PCS Meth and FTA on FTA 2nd Degree. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
