According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, July 17, 4:36 a.m., 1000 block Newmark Ave., “officer observed suspicious subject take off running – foot pursuit, suspect placed in custody on multiple warrants,” 26-year old Kaleb R. Herzog, Coos Bay, arrested on two CBPD warrants charging two-counts of Theft I & Criminal Trespass I, and Attempted Theft II, two-counts Criminal Trespass I & Theft II. Also, Douglas Co. SO warrant charging Probation Violation – Dangerous Drugs, and Grants Pass warrant charging Failure to appear on Forgery I and Possession Forged Instrument I, and Possession Heroin. Additional charges of Interfering, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Trespass, and Criminal Mischief. Transported to the Coos co. Jail at Coquille.
