According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, July 7, 6:56 a.m., Ferry Road, “citizen reported suspicious vehicle parked in middle of road with something laying in road. Officers respond and contacted 3 subjects in vehicle / advised they ran out of gas. Officer served Oregon State Parole Board valid warrants” on 47-year old Jennifer Kay Gomez, Pendleton, for Parole Violation on Unauthorized Use Vehicle charge, warned for False Info to Police . “Officer assisted Myrtle Pt. PD with their case.” Transported to Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
