According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, March 13, 10:23 p.m., Oak St. Park, “officer out with subject at location,” 27-year old Matthew Garner, North Bend, arrested on NBPD warrant charging Failure to Appear on PCS Meth, and FTA on FTA in 1st Degree. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
