Attempt to Shoplift
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Nov. 8, 6:17 p.m., 1600 block Virginia, “criminal trespass. Mall Security reported male subject trespassing at location, subject also attempted to shoplift. Subject was cited in lieu of custody,” 56-year old Robbley J. Ardoin, Bandon, cited for Criminal Trespass II and warned for Theft III. “Property was returned to store and subject was re-advised of trespass from PVM.”
