Domestic Assault
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Nov. 13, 7:15 p.m., 1900 block Madrona Ave., “located wanted subject,: 47-year old Paul E. Marshall, North bend, charged with Domestic Assault IV and Interfering with 911 call. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. Earlier, at 6:23 p.m., same address, “911 report of female assaulted by her BF. Officers checked area, unable to locate for male suspect. Report taken for Domestic Assault IV and Interfering with 911 call. Attempt to locate sent countywide.
DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Nov. 13, 10:04 p.m., Sherman & Oregon, “traffic stop, driver request medical for unrelated injury / driver was taken to BAH by BCA / BAH cleared and she was transported to NBPD by officer to continue DUII investigation,” 42-year old Danielle D. Espinoza, North Bend, cited for DUII – Alcohol (BAC 0.17%) also warned for Improper Lane Change and Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device. “Vehicle secured on scene, driver was released on citation to sober party.”
