According to an entry on the North Bend Police logs for Sept. 23, 5:12 a.m., Union & California, 44-year old James Fitzpatrick, North Bend, arrested on NBPD warrant charging Failure to Appear on Possession of Meth charge, and FTA in the First Degree. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
