According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Sept. 7, 4:05 a.m., “Grants Pass Police served valid NBPD warrants,” on 42-year old Jesse Grogan Sr., Brookings, charging Failure to Appear on FTA II, and FTA on Criminal Trespass I, Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon and Carrying Concealed Weapon.
