Turned Self In
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 10, 3:27 p.m., “warrant service,” 41-year old Jason Lee Phillips “turned himself into CCJ on our warrants,” charging Burglary II, Strangulation Assault IV, Menacing, Reckless Endangering Person, Harassment, three-counts of Contempt of Court, and two-counts of Failure to Appear I.  Also, DUII, Reckless Driving & Reckless Endangering.

Dog Fight
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 10, 4:09 p.m., 1700 block Virginia Ave., “dispute, dog fight between Pitbull & Husky, now owners are fighting,” 56-year old John Edward Walters taken into custody on Douglas Co. SO warrant charging Assault IV.  Along with 23-year old Amanda Bick both charged with Disorderly Conduct and Dog at Large.  Walters transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 10, 9:39 p.m., Myrtle & Ohio, “traffic stop,” “Driver warned for no tail lights, driver will be referred to DA for PCS Heroin.”  Forty-nine year old Rodney Godwin identified as “Operator.”  Passenger, 27-year old Cassandra R. Olson, North Bend, arrested on NBPD warrant charging Probation Violation on Possession Meth and FTAI.  “Passenger will be referred to DA for PCS DSC Meth.  Olson transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Dispute
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Sept. 11, 4:34 a.m., 1400 block Sherman Ave., “911 report of possible dispute at location,” 25-year old Christopher S. Banks, North Bend, charged with Assault IV Domestic, transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
