The City will be closing 10th Street between 8th Terrace and Commercial on July 18, 2019 from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm for the purpose of cutting asphalt to repair 10th street. It will reopen once the asphalt cutting is complete for the day. Then on July 22, 2019 through July 24, 2019, the street will be closed again in order to excavate the asphalt and roadbed and install new roadbed material and asphalt.
