North Bend High School Competition Cheer Team is having a garage sale Saturday, December 7th from 8am-1pm at the NBMS cafeteria. Any donations welcome. Please drop off Friday starting at 4:00pm.

Marshfield’s basketball teams open the 2013-14 season with a couple of road games up the coast. The Pirates will play at Newport tonight. On Saturday night, Marshfield plays at Tillamook. Both nights, girls at 5:30 p.m., followed by the boys about 7 p.m.

North Bend will host Junction City in a pair of non-conference basketball games tonight. The Bulldog girls play at 5 p.m., followed by the boys about 6:30 p.m.

The seven wrestling teams in the 4A Far West League will compete in a preview meet at Marshfield High School in Coos Bay Saturday.
