Menacing
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Aug. 22, 10:41 p.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., “RP request officer at location, subject causing problems and gonna start a fight. RP advised subject tried to get physical and was peppered sprayed prior to officers arrival,” 49-year old Alexander Stephens charged with Harassment, Menacing and Disorderly Conduct II. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
